Shipping & Delivery
We ship your Rockbike Rumble free of charge to supported delivery addresses in the European Union, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA. Our e-fatbikes are shipped from our European warehouse in Poland or from our warehouse in the United States, depending on the destination country.
Rockbike covers the costs of standard shipping. However, for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and other charges from the transport service provider may apply.
These import costs are not included in the purchase price or free shipping and must be paid in full by the recipient.

Delivery within Germany
Orders to Germany are usually shipped from our European warehouse in Poland. Standard shipping is free for the customer.
Since shipping occurs within the European Union, the recipient incurs no additional import duties or customs clearance fees.
The currently expected delivery time for each model is displayed on the product page or during the ordering process.
Free Shipping within the European Union
The Rockbike Rumble is delivered free of charge to supported delivery addresses within the European Union.
EU orders are usually shipped from our European warehouse in Poland. Since the warehouse is located within the European Union, a regular delivery to another EU member state incurs no additional import duties or customs clearance fees for the recipient.
The purchase price displayed in the respective market and the taxes shown during the ordering process remain decisive.
Free Shipping to the USA
Orders for the contiguous United States are usually shipped directly from our warehouse in the USA.
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free. For a regular national delivery from our US warehouse, the recipient incurs no import duties.
Any applicable sales tax is not a shipping fee and may be calculated during the ordering process depending on the state and delivery address.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, other US territories, military addresses, and remote regions, free delivery may be excluded or an additional shipping surcharge may apply.
Free Shipping to the UK
Rockbike offers free standard shipping to supported delivery addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Delivery is made from our European warehouse. Since the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, it is an import shipment.
Specifically, the following costs may arise upon import:
- British import VAT,
- possible customs duties,
- customs clearance or handling fees of the transport service provider,
- presentation fees and comparable import costs.
These costs are not included in the purchase price and are not covered by Rockbike. The recipient is considered the importer and is responsible for paying all import duties and clearance fees.
The transport service provider or the responsible authority may contact the recipient before delivery and request payment of the applicable amounts. Delivery may be withheld until full payment is made.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, British islands, or special territories may be subject to different import and shipping conditions. In these cases, delivery feasibility is checked based on the address.
Free Shipping to Switzerland
Rockbike covers standard shipping to supported delivery addresses in Switzerland.
Switzerland is not part of the European Union. The Rockbike Rumble must therefore be customs cleared upon import into Switzerland.
Specifically, the following costs may arise:
- Swiss import tax,
- possible customs duties,
- customs clearance fees of the transport service provider,
- presentation fees, administrative or handling fees,
- other import costs levied by authorities or transport service providers.
Rockbike only covers the regular shipping costs. Import tax, customs duties, and all costs of customs clearance are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
The amount of import costs is determined by the competent Swiss authorities and the transport service provider used. Rockbike has no influence on the final calculation of these amounts.
What does free shipping mean?
Free shipping means that Rockbike covers the regular transport costs for the transportation of the Rockbike Rumble to the supported delivery address.
Free shipping does not include:
- Import VAT,
- Swiss import tax,
- customs duties,
- customs clearance fees,
- presentation fees of the transport service provider,
- storage or demurrage fees during customs clearance,

From which warehouse will my e-fatbike be shipped?
We generally assign orders to the appropriate and available warehouse for the delivery country.
- Orders within the European Union are usually shipped from our European warehouse in Poland.
- Orders within the contiguous USA are usually shipped from our US warehouse.
- Orders to Switzerland and the UK are usually shipped from our European warehouse.
In individual cases, the shipping location may change due to the availability of a specific color or version. Should this affect the shipping conditions, the customer will be informed before further processing.
Delivery Time and Order Processing
The currently expected delivery time is displayed on the respective product page or during the ordering process.
Delivery time begins after successful payment receipt or after the selected payment method has been cleared. Orders are generally processed on working days.
For deliveries outside the European Union, delivery may be extended due to customs inspections, inquiries from authorities, or outstanding payments from the recipient. Rockbike has no influence on the processing time of customs authorities.
How is the Rockbike Rumble delivered?
The Rockbike Rumble is delivered securely packaged in a sturdy shipping box. To protect the bike, individual components may be disassembled, rotated or additionally secured for transport.
Therefore, some final assembly steps may be required before the first ride. This may include, for example, adjusting the handlebars, installing the pedals, and checking safety-relevant screw connections.
Please refer to the enclosed or digitally provided assembly and operating instructions. Before the first ride, brakes, tire pressure, handlebars, pedals, and all safety-relevant components must be checked.
Shipment Tracking
After handover to the transport service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If tracking is available, the message will contain a tracking link or further information about the planned delivery.
For larger shipments, the transport service provider may contact the recipient by phone, email, or SMS before delivery.
Please ensure that the telephone number and email address provided when ordering are correct.
Delivery to Islands and Special Areas
For islands, remote regions, and certain special areas, transport service providers often have special conditions.
These may include, among others:
- European islands and overseas territories,
- hard-to-reach mountain or coastal regions,
- British islands and special territories,
- Alaska and Hawaii,
- US territories,
- military addresses,
- PO boxes and parcel lockers.
For such delivery addresses, a shipping surcharge may apply or delivery may be excluded. If an order cannot be delivered under the stated conditions, we will contact the customer before shipping.
Please check the delivery upon receipt
Please inspect the shipping carton upon delivery for any clearly visible damage.
If the carton is severely dented, opened, torn, or otherwise damaged, the condition should be photographed directly upon handover if possible and noted with the transport service provider.
After unpacking, please also carefully inspect the bike. In case of visible transport damage, please contact Rockbike customer service as soon as possible and provide:
- the order number,
- a description of the damage,
- photos of the complete shipping carton,
- photos of the damaged packaging area,
- photos of the affected area on the e-fatbike,
- a clearly legible photo of the shipping label.
Your statutory rights in case of a damaged or defective product are not limited by this request.
Import Duties and Acceptance of Shipment
For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for providing necessary information and paying requested import duties in a timely manner.
If a shipment is returned to Rockbike due to unpaid import duties, lack of cooperation, or refusal of acceptance, actual return transport, storage, customs, and processing costs may be taken into account to the legally permissible extent.
Statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty, and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Change of Delivery Address
A change of delivery address is only possible as long as the order has not yet been transmitted to the shipping warehouse or the transport service provider.
Once shipping processing has begun, an address change can no longer be guaranteed. Therefore, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible if you notice an error after placing your order.
